Our vision

AlignHER began with a vision to build a business that not only serves, but also empowers. Our founder recognized a gap in the support available to visionary leaders working within underserved communities. Driven by a passion for heart-based advocacy and a commitment to integrity, AlignHER was created to provide the resources, connections, and guidance necessary to help these leaders thrive. We are passionate about making a difference and believe that by working together, we can achieve great things.

We believe in making every interaction and space we enter a little better than it was before. As servant leaders, we invite you to join in on the journey of walking empowerment, impact, and creating brighter futures for all.

Meet the founder

"I turn words into policy, poetry, funding opportunities, and weapons that break chains for ourselves and liberates others."

Raquelmarie Clark

Raquelmarie Clark is a down-to-earth visionary and a relentless advocate for her community, with deep roots in Solano County. Growing up in an area where she witnessed both beauty and hardship, she became a cultural organizer determined to make a difference, particularly for women facing oppression. Inspired by her daughters and the alarming statistics on sex trafficking in nearby Oakland, Raquelmarie coined the motto WAHEO, which stands for “We always help each other.” It’s not just a saying; it’s a way of life she instills in her family and community.

With a heart full of compassion and a mind sharp with intellect, Raquelmarie dedicates her work to empowering organizations that serve the underserved. She’s the kind of person who can cut through red tape like a pro, making the seemingly impossible manageable for her clients. Her personal journey from survivor to thriver fuels her passion, allowing her to connect deeply with those she serves, guiding them through challenges with a reassuring hand.

Raquelmarie doesn’t just offer support; she builds trust and clarity through her thoughtful systems and strategies. She’s all about creating sustainable growth that honors the unique mission and vision of each organization she partners with. For Raquelmarie, it’s more than work—it’s about catalyzing lasting change and making sure everyone she helps feels confident, valued, and ready to thrive.
